Thank you once again for your prompt attention to our medical needs, please keep up the good work especially in these trying times you are all very much appreciated.....thank you!....and i do note this goes against the tied of negativity that can be aimed at the NHS.

My mother and I came to the surgery for our flu vaccines on Saturday. The service was amazing. On realising my parents were getting my wheelchair out of the car, the lady at the door asked if I would like someone to come to the car to give me my vaccine. This made a world of difference as my breathing is always affected when moving from one atmosphere to another. Thank you very much for your thoughtfulness. Unfortunately I do not have the names of either lady.

I have to say, that yet again, I have received excellent care from the nursing Team who have continued to take good care of me for years. A special mention to Adam, Maxine, Emma and the most comforting voice on the end of the phone with 'the results', Janice. The professionals I see, always make me feel comfortable and I feel like they care (though they see 100's of patients hence it is so hard not to be jaded, especially in these exceptional times) I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and for all they do in their daily work, which is exemplary at all times. Thank you all.

May I just express my comments in respect of the service I received from the practice and in particular Dr Roy.

For the previous 4 weeks or so I have once again been experiencing a recurrence of a Stress related problem which unfortunately took me off from my place of work for a number of weeks in late spring of this year. On Monday 16 November 15, while at work I noticed that I was starting to experience the symptoms and feelings again which I experienced earlier on in the year and so I decided to telephone Clee Medical Centre for help. I mentioned to the receptionist that I was "experiencing a problem with Stress and would appreciate the chance to talk with Dr Roy today because I was hoping to get some help before the problem worsened." She informed me that "she would pass my comments on to Dr Roy who would hopefully telephone me during the day". Sure enough, some 2 hours later Dr Roy telephoned me at home and listened while I spoke to him about my concern that I am once again experiencing the on come of my previous Stress.
Dr Roy was attentive and understanding, and all the time while I was talking to him, he kept on reassuring me that "he would always be there for me",  it is such a great comfort to have such a person on the end of the telephone when suffering from this type of illness. I truly believe that by having a doctor to talk to who seems to understand the feelings of patients who suffer with this illness has greatly contributed to myself being able to feel comfortable enough to return to work after only 2 weeks.

This is now the second time that Dr Roy has been there for me in respect of this illness and he is such a great credit to the practice. Thank you

Hi Suzanne,

"I just wanted to acknowledge the excellent service i received this week from Clee Medical Centre. People are always quick to complain at a poor service but never quick to recognise a good service, myself included (although I’m trying to change!)

Anyway i phoned first thing Monday at 8pm, as advised to do so when i rang late Friday. The line was engaged a couple of times but once it rang and i selected my option the service that told me where i was in the queue - which i love by the way - managed my expectations about wait times. This is so good because there is nothing worse than waiting in a phone queue for a long time never knowing if anyone is even going to answer.

I got an appointment with Mrs Munjal, as I had requested specifically to see her, at 9.50. I got to the building approx 9.49, checked in and as i went to sit down in the waiting room i was called in.

Dr Munjal was, as she always is, so helpful and pleasant and really made me feel like she cared.

I was seen and out of the building by 9.55, ready to go back to work....................that’s what i call an excellent service, so thank you!"

I have recently had the need to visit the Medical Centre owing to discomfort and pain whilst walking. I have always held the belief that, to a large extent, the body can and will heal itself so I endured this discomfort for some time and didn’t want to ‘bother’ anyone with my problem.  After all, I reasoned, there must be other people in more need of medical attention than I.

However, the discomfort became so bad that I did visit the centre and had an appointment with a Dr. Kazim Sibtain who, in my opinion is not only a very learned man as one would expect, he is very much a gentleman and a real credit to his profession. He immediately put me at my ease and made his diagnosis speedily and accurately. I left his room with a feeling that I could trust this man thoroughly.

Returning to the Centre last evening for a further examination, I was placed under the care of Mrs Kim Gray who set about her examination with the same meticulous attention as I had experienced with Dr. Sibtain. She too put me immediately at ease with her professionalism and at no time did I feel I was being ‘processed’. I felt like I was the only patient she was attending to. Her demeanour was jolly without being flippant and she too made me feel good and like I was really being looked after properly.

If these two people are representative of everyone at the Medical Centre then I must say it is staffed with some brilliant, really caring people. In closing, I have another appointment with Dr. Sibtain this coming Tuesday and I can honestly say – for the first time ever – that I am actually looking forward to paying a visit to the doctors!

Yours gratefully,

Ray Richardson.

Hello,

I would just like to bring to your attention the first class service which I have recently received from both the receptionist and the Doctor at Clee Medical Centre regarding my recent and ongoing medical problem. I telephoned the Centre on Friday 4/08/17 and spoke with the receptionist requesting to see a Doctor, and I found the lady in question to be very courteous, professional, and helpful, asking me to "come into the Centre" on that afternoon "to see Mr Doctor Ravin Munjal". Doctor Munjal examined me, prescribed medication and requested tests which included a fasting blood test that was carried out at very short notice, some 3 days later on Monday 7/08/17 by a very friendly and knowledgeable male nurse. And now after only 7 days I have been diagnosed with Helicobacter, and although the symptoms are very uncomfortable and unpleasant, the very quick service and diagnosis i received has greatly put my mind at rest, and I am so grateful for that. I have been informed that I still need a second blood test but I am now on the required medication to hopefully combat this illness, so it only leaves me to say Thank you to everyone at the Centre who has been there for me over these past 7 days.
